Please be aware the rules may change at any time. 

 PAC was added to create realism, therefore i had to create these rules.

IF YOU CREATE ANYTHING RETARDED YOU WILL BE BANNED!

• Common sence when using this tool.
• You are only allowed to use proper props or items to use on your pac outfit.  Any unrealistic pac-outfits are not allowed.
• If you use weapons you are obligated to have a gun license. (weapons on your back counts as weapons on you.)
• Any illegal weapons straped to your body, may result in an arrest or death, You should just use weapons you own.
• Any text straped to your body are not allowed.
• Spining props or items are not allowed.
• Changing your bone structure are not allowed.
• Stretching your model, making him super tall or small are not allowed.
• Changing models are not allowed.
