Citizen:
You are not allowed to own a weapon.
You are not suppose to participate in any organized Raids or Crime

Civil Protection:
Random arrest is not allowed.
You must follow the commands from your supervisor (Chief or Mayor)
You are obligated to arrest anyone breaking the law, should they resist arrest, will you be allowed to open fire upon them.
You’re not allowed to shoot any criminals unless they pose a threat to themselves or to others.
Should you find any illegal items (Moneyprinter, Drugs, Weapons etc). Then you must destroy it right away.
You’re not allowed to use or own anything illegal, items like: money printer, drugs etc.
As a civil protection you must patrol the streets, looking for organized crime, unless you’re given an order from your supervisor.

Mayor:
Your not allowed to walk around the city unescorted.
You are not suppose to participate in any organized Raids or Arrests.
Use /advert when for announcements or when talking to the people.
Dont use or take any illegal items.

Hitman:
You have to be hired in order to carry out hits on other players. (or else it will count as RDM)
You are not allowed do hits for free.
All your hits has to cost more then 250$.
All your hits "should" be stealth, atleast dont run in with guns blazing.

Thief:
You’re not allowed to steal shipments/entities from other players in public.
Your goal is to steal the items and get away with the money. Not to kill your victim.

Terrorist:
All your activities has to be planned in advance.
You dont have to kill all your victims, kidnapping them also work. pluss it might be more fun.
You cant kill everyone. only either high value targets or a few citizens, but again it has be planned.

Vendors / Shopkeepers:
Do not hand out free guns/drugs/food/shipments.
Do your Job Properly!
Gundealer.
Inorder for you to sell weapons legaly you need to have proper store/gunshop.
Remember the Combine won't allow you to sell any Weapons to Citizen! Hide your Shop and sell your weapons secretly!.
Gundealers may not join any organized Crimes or illegal activities.
You're not allowed to sell you just one spesific group(ex Gangsters) and exclude everone else.
Selling automatic weapons is illegal, you need a license from the mayor or the police department inorder make it legal.
If you show your weapons in public you might be arrested or face the consecuences.

Drugdealer.
A drug dealer shouldn't be easily accessible by the public. Drugs are Illegal and if you get caught you need to face the Consequences.
EG. find an empty room in a slum area and start selling. (the use of /advert might attract the civil protection)
Drugdealers are allowed to join any Organized crime Eg. Gangsters, Mobboss.

Black Market:
All your items/shipments/entities are illegal to own and to sell.
You are not allowed to setup shop or a store in a public area.
You are not allowed use the /advert as the use of /advert might attract the civil protection
