Management Rules:
- Become an example to follow, not an example to avoid
- Any personal use of the admin powers (noclip, teleport, cloak etc.) will not be tolerated.
- Any use of admin powers to get RPing benefits will not be tolerated.
- The lowest ranking admin(s) or mod(s) always have to take care of business. (Answer questions, kick, ban, etc.)
- Unless dealing with a specific case, you should be roleplaying like everybody else.
- Use the admin rooms to discuss cases.
- Do not roleplay in the mod/admin class.
- Keep the public channels clear and free of raged flame wars.
- The goal is to keep the gameplay going without disruptions.
- Don't publicly display punishment of rule breakers.

Mixxx. You should think of him as a player when he is in game and as god when he is out of character. Always listen to him!
- Benefits in RP,
You're absolutely not allowed to gain any benefits in RP just because your an admin.You're not above the RP-laws or any other laws just because your an admin.You cant use admin commands to unarrest yourself or for any other reason.Spawning entities/weapons/items from the Q-menu will not be tolerated.Spectating, Nocliping into houses while your are RPing will not be tolerated.Teleporting yourself or friends while you or they are RPing will not be tolerated.
- Judgement / Punishment
Use intelligent judgement. Be sure to investigate a situation before determining the punishment.The punishment has to fit the crime/offence.
- When answering questions,
You must answer every reasonable question. Answer them proper and polite.
- Do not spawn entities/weapons/items from the Q-menu.
Don't spawn anything that you normally wouldn't be able to do as a normal player.
- Help new players out,
Helping out new players is always a good thing.Being friendly and making sure we are always keep an acceptable level of RPing going on. They will come back.Also try to recruit them to our community ;)
- Public Channels
Keep the public channels clear and free of raged flame wars.Dont complain and moan over OOC.Speak proper and keep negativity low.
- Admin responsibility,
As an Admin it’s your responsibility to keep the server clean from people thats not obeying the server rules.RP laws doesnt count as rules as they are completely different.
- You must always have a valid reason for banning/kicking.
A valid reason isnt needed if the client is trying to crash the server or is making a situation that might cause the server unstable.
- Do not physgun/toolgun blocked objects/items unless you have to.

- Events
Only the manager may create events, he can recruit whomever he like to assist him.
- Assistants are allowed to create events.
While hosting an event, the host may spawn various types of weapons or items for use in the event only.
- Any such weapons or items must be removed from all participants before the event is concluded.
These events may not disrupt players who wish to continue to roleplaying
- Guidelines for No-cliping

Basically, We don't want to see people just flying around for no reason.Noclipping should be avoided in public spaces.
- You’re not allowed to change ANY RP-settings.
Self explanatory.Do not touch any of the cvars, variables in the RP admin menu, ULX settings, FPP Settings, or any other settings.If it's discovered that you made any changes to the settings without permission, Then you will be demoted or worst case, banned.
- Obey your superiors
Self explanatory, If a higher authority tells you something, you listen.If an order is given, you have to follow it.
- Admins may NOT kick/ban/blacklist other admins. You must report them to the owner! (Proof Needed)
An higher ranked admin can kick/ban/blacklist other "lower" ranked admins, for equal an ranked you need proof.Either a few Screenshots or video will do. Their gamertag/name has to show.
- When dealing with a situation,
Use the admin rooms to discuss cases.
Attemt to bring the player, talk to him politely.
Try to type and explain the situation you the best of your ability. In case we need to look through the logs.
- Respect
Treat someone the same way you want to be treated, with respect.
Don't argue with other admins over OOC, if you disagree with something with someone take it over PM.If in conflict, ask the other admin for a private conversation, to clear up the conflict through a civilized, calm conversation. Admin rooms serve well for this purpose
- Immunity
Do not make the mistake of thinking you are above the rules.
Absolutely every single one of us, admin or client, is tied to the rules listed.
Except for the owner(s), nobody is immune.
Any abuse of Admin-Powers will be dealt with harshly!
