General Rules:

  1. Play your life, be your character.
  2. Do not random deathmatch. That means, killing one, or multiple people without a reason!
  3. No Prop blocking, Read Doors & Keypads Below!
  4. Everyone must have a RP-name, All role playing names must be realistic first name & surname. Improper names will not be tolerated!
  5. Respect the Administration team. Disobeying/disrespecting admins will be strictly handled.
  6. Any kind of grief play will not be tolerated, use common sense
  7. Don’t Metagame! Click HERE if you don’t what metagaming is. 
  8. Use /advert for business purposes and for cops recruitment/announcements.
  9. Do not spam entities/items/weapons from the menu.
  10. Follow the NLR, failure will result in a demote/kick/ban
  11. Microphone/Chat spamming will not be tolerated!
  12. Spamming your Flashlight will not be tolerated!
  13. Bunny jumping or excessive jumping will not be tolerated!
  14. Exploiting bugs will be taken seriously and will results in a kick or X-Hours ban!
  15. Any use of Hacks/Cheats/Scripts will not be tolerated and results in a permanent ban!
  16. Keep Out Of Character complaints and moaning to a minimum. Failure to do so may result in a kick or ban.
  17. If you don’t do the job set to you, you will be temporary blacklisted from that kind of work.
  18. Abusing the Physgun or Toolgun will be taken seriously and will result in a kick or X-Hours ban!
  19. Do not continuously nag Admins. However if they are not doing their job properly, report them on our forums. (Proof Needed)
  20. Flaming / Racism / Trolling or any other type of negative chating will not be tolerated!
  21. Anything said in OOC is Out Of Character, so keep the talk about anything related RP to a minimum.
  22. Any attempt to hack or crash the server will not be tolerated and results in a permanent ban!
  23. Remember this is an RP server, don’t build anything listed under "What not to build!" it may be removed without warning.
  24. Spawning ANY BANNED TOOLS/entities (for example E2, turrets, and explosives) through the ADV-dup will not be tolerated!
  25. Only English is allowed over the OOC. You are allowed to write/speak (voice) foreign language in IC, aslong everyone understand the language.
  26. Impersonating as a Moderator/Admin/Owner is not allowed and will not be tolerated!
  27. Bad Roleplaying will not be accepted!  
  28. Remember this is neither a Deathmatch- nor a Build Server!
  29. Attempting to recruiting any of our players to any other clan then [MM] will not be tolerated and results in a X-Hours ban!
  30. Advertising for other servers not owned by the [MM] will not be tolerated and will be strictly handled.

 If any of the rules/RPlaws is unclear, the active admin(s) can decide if the rule/offence is allowed or not. 

Also if this happens. report the rule(s) to one of the head admins so we can correct any mistake or errors straight away!


Propblocking: 


This rule depends on the layout, the location and the amount of props and keypads used. 

    • The active admin(s) can decide if it's allowed or not.
  • If your building has two entrances you are allowed to block one of them without a keypad.
  • You are allowed to block breakable windows without keypads.
  • You are not allowed to force a player to use the roof to enter a building.
  • You are not allowed to force a player to use nonrping maneuvers to enter a room/building.

Doors & Keypads:

Your keypad must work and have enough "grant" time to let people through your door/window or else it might be removed without warning.
You must have a visible keypad or button nearby your entrance (door/window) or else it will  be removed without warning.

  • Immediately create a keypad after placing a fading door or a prop thats causing propblock.

New Life Rule: (NLR)

Follow the New Life Rule. The NLR comes into effect when your character dies. Each time you die you start a new life so all your previous memories are lost/erased. You do not remember anything in your past life.

As part of the NLR, you may not return to the place or location where you died for 5 minutes. 

(If you died inside your house or business you may return in 2 minutes aslong as the building is clear.)

What not to build:
Please be aware the rules may change at any time.

Remember this is an RP server, don’t build anything listed here, as it may be removed without warning and follow up repercussions.


  • Miscellaneous stuff.
    • Dont build in the square. 
    • The base must be able to be walked into. 
    • You may not force a player to crouch or jump to enter your base.
    • You may not force a player to move through windows to enter your building.
    • Spreading hateful messages or negativ messages or ideas.
    • You are not allowed to create unreachable boxes or rooms to hide role playing entities.
  • No-collided props are NOT allowed.
    • Walking through no-collided props are not allowed
    • Common sense when no-colliding props.
  • Bases (Forts or other big structures)
    • Depending on the layout and design, the active admin(s) can decide if it's allowed or not.
  • Invisible Props
    • Common sense when colouring your props
    • Invisible walls/blocks will be removed without warning and may result in ban.
  • Vehicles or Remote Vehicles.
    • Any vehicles made from props are not allowed. 
    • Both ground and air vehicles are not allowed.
    • Teleportation Devices.
  • Harmful contraception.
    • Contraception made to cause or that may cause harm to others are not allowed.
  • Big Walls (check points are allowed for cops)
    • Blocking or forcing the player to walk other ways are not allowed.
  • Entity (MoneyPrinter/Drugs/People) finder (wire) 
    • Using Wire to find entities or other players are not allowed.
